As soon as you know you are moving, begin to plan your removal – ideally at least 3 weeks before your removal date. Do not wait until exchange of contracts, because these days this can be the same week as your completion date.

One of our consultants will visit your current property and undertake a thorough survey as well as guiding you through the moving process and outlining our service commitment. The packing and handling of items will be discussed and any specialist skills or requirements identified (e.g. grandfather clocks, pianos, etc).
This information will then be fed back to our office and a written quotation prepared and sent to you, together with an Acceptance Form for you to sign and return should you wish to proceed/confirm your booking. Payment will be required in order to secure your booking and can be made by chequ, credit card* or debit card.
